The girls were out of school over the Christmas break for 18 days, so for their big Christmas gift this year, we surprised them with a trip to Turks and Caicos. We were there from December 30th to January 5th. We stayed at The Tides resort which was a small quant resort on Grace Bay and it worked pretty well for our family. We started off every morning with a 2 mile walk as a family on Grace Bay, then hung out at the beach every day. We bought groceries and would eat breakfast and lunch at our condo, and then went out to dinner all over the island for dinner in our rental car. The weather was not the best when we were there (2 cloudy days, 1 rainy day, 2 great days) but it ended up being a nice family trip.

On the 3rd, we went with the Island Vibes company and went snorkeling, visited iguana island, and also anchored near Grace Bay and enjoyed the rooftop diving board & slide. Iguana island and playing on the boat was a lot of fun, but the trip did not start off well for Taylor and I with snorkeling. The waves were very high and we actually started getting sea sick while snorkeling, then when we finished, Taylor got back on the boat and threw up.

| Iguana Island was gorgeous |

 |
| Awesome dinner at Bay Bistro and they helped us celebrate Camryn |
Then we got half of a day at the beach on the 5th and headed home!
