Trick-or-Treating

We had a great night of trick-or-treating with the girls, Nana and friends.  The Wizard of Oz theme was a big hit and we even dressed up Barley and Sadie and got them all together for some pictures.

Taylor would come and show us the candy after each house

Taylor was such a sweet little girl while trick-or-treating.  She would say "trick or treat" then would thank the people and say "Happy Halloween."  We were very proud of the kindness she was showing, but she was also having so much fun!

So sweet - holding hands
Addie wanted to walk around at the end of the night

The best part - dumping out all the candy

Taylor's 3rd Birthday

Taylor turned 3 years old today and it was a very special day!  It started off with us singing happy birthday and eating French Toast!
She loves the candle blowing out part!

Then Grammy arrived to celebrate with Taylor, and she came with fun birthday presents!
A beautiful baby doll
Cute doll from Uncle Joe-Joe too

Taylor got to choose where she wanted her birthday party this year, and she picked her favorite place - Chuck E. Cheese!!!  Regardless of how much we tried to talk her out of that crazy place, she still wanted to celebrate there (just kidding)!
Taylor's favorite kind of cake (and mommy's too)!
Gotta have a goodie bag!

It was so wonderful to have TWO grandma's at the party to help take care of the girls

Taylor loved this obnoxious Chuck E. Cheese crown and wore it the whole time.  Good thing she is cute!!

Taylor did not want to do the Ticket Blaster so we tried to talk Jason into doing it instead, but he couldn't be peer pressured.  Even with the whole group chanting his name, NOPE, he was not going to get into that thing!  Luckily, Madison volunteered to help Taylor out!
Maddy was a great sport
Maddy scored Taylor a ton of tickets!
Happy 3rd birthday sweet Taylor!!
Very excited about all of the Art supplies we got to donate to the Children's Shelter!

Even though the "actual" Chuck E. Cheese never got too close to the group (by the request of the birthday girl), it was a fun party for her and her friends!  One of my favorite moments was watching Taylor's friend Nora hand her a huge stack of the birthday tickets from the Ticket Blaster, and Taylor said "thank you" then gave her back half the stack to share.  Taylor is such a sweet 3 year old, we are truly blessed by her everyday!!!

Pre-birthday celebration

Excited for birthday presents

Since Nana came in early for Taylor's birthday, we decided to make the whole weekend a birthday celebration for Taylor.  She started Saturday afternoon by opening presents from Uncle Josh, Aunt Tara and baby Paityn.
