Memorial Day Weekend

We did a ton of things over the 4 day Memorial Day weekend!  Jason had Friday as a holiday so I took it off and we took the big girls to Silver Dollar City in Branson.  We really had a great time!  Jason kicked off the day by taking Taylor on a huge roller coaster called Powder Keg which goes from 0 to 60 MPH in 2.8 seconds.  He said that Taylor did awesome and just had her mouth open the entire time.
Addie and I watched them take off!

After the ride was over, Taylor looked very excited.  The worker of the ride gave her a ribbon that said "I rode my first roller coaster today."  Taylor was very proud of that ribbon and had it on the rest of the day.  She ran over to me and said "that was horrible Mommy, you would NOT like that hill."  Ha!

And they are out!

On Saturday, we headed to the neighborhood pool.  It took Taylor and Addie a little while to get accustomed to swimming again, but Camryn wanted to just be let go in the water and take off!  The one kid that we have intentionally gotten her face wet in the shower has finally paid off!
She was so excited to be in the water!

Let me go Daddy!

A rare photo of me with the girls

We love the summer!

On Sunday we headed to church, then after nap, went to the Naturals baseball game.

On Monday, we tried out our new nanny Sam (and absolutely loved her) and headed out to the lake with friends.

The water was freezing but the guys still jumped in!

It wasn't the best weather day to be on the lake, but we had a great time hanging out with these friends!
